The following relate to changes in Education Law 273 passed through Chapter 563 of the laws of 2021:

Central Library Book Aid and Central Library Development Aid are now combined as Central Library Services Aid.

Funds previously paid through Adult and Family Literacy will now be paid through Coordinated Outreach Aid.

Funds previously paid through Regional Bibliographic Data Bases Aid will now be paid through RRR Basic Aid.

NYPL Research-Books and Research-Undesignated Aid are now combined as NYPL Research Libraries Aid.

The 21-22 Total Appropriation (blue column) for each of the above reflects the combined totals of the programs that merged.
