SCOPE NOTE: 

Collection of photographs depicting the Citizenship Day Ceremony, held at the New York State Court of Appeals in Albany, N.Y., at 12 o'clock noon on September 16, 1988.  The ceremony was presented by the New York State Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution.
