Public and association libraries in New York State are required to complete an annual report. The New York State Library is securing a new vendor to host the annual report survey platform, due to the unexpected closure of Baker & Taylor. The deadline for all public and association library annual reports and public library system reports has been extended until April 1. Last year’s questions are below for your reference; the new survey with any new questions will be shared at a later date. We will also share more information about the opening date as it is available and will extend the deadline further if necessary. Please be patient as we work through this change. We are doing everything we can to make it a smooth transition.
