The NYSDOC email list was established by the NYS Library to enhance communication among libraries serving as government document repositories. That includes members of the New York State Depository Program and the Federal Depository Library Program in New York State.
The NYSDOC list is an unmoderated list. As a subscriber, your posted messages are received by approximately 200 readers, including government document libraries, library leaders, librarians, and others interested in government document depository work.
You can also subscribe through the LISTSERV interface.
To post a message to NYSDOC, address it to NYSDOC@listserv.nysed.gov. Mail sent to this address is distributed to everyone who is subscribed.
Subscribers can update their information at any time, including changes to names and email addresses. Often, mail will be forwarded from an old email account to a new one; however, subscribers will no longer be able to post to NYSDOC without access to the original account. To update an e-mail address or the name Listserv associates with it, please contact the list owner.
