In October 2005, the New York State Library certified OBE trainers for the State. These trainers are available to help library and library system staff learn OBE techniques as a planning tool. The following people successfully completed a minimum of 15 hours of basic Outcome-Based Evaluation training in addition to the Outcome-Based Evaluation Train-the-Trainer workshop and have been certified by the New York State Library as Outcome-Based Evaluation instructors: |
