The NOVELNY Databases Help Desk toll-free phone number is (877) 277-0250. Callers in the Capital District may use (518) 486-6012. Or e-mail the Help Desk. The Help Desk telephone is staffed by the New York State Library Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The staff answers questions about the NOVELNY Databases relating to access, searching techniques and troubleshooting.

NOVEL-L

NOVEL-L is an e-mail discussion list to share information and concerns about all aspects of the New York Online Virtual Electronic Library (NOVELNY) program. It is open to librarians and others interested in the future of the NOVELNY initiatives.The list is operated by the New York State Library and the State Education Department (SED).
