NYS Library Website, Catalog and Public Computers Temporarily Unavailable
The New York State Education Department will be conducting maintenance on all servers on Saturday, August 29, 2015. The New York State Library will be affected in the following ways:
- The 7th floor public computers will be unavailable all day on
Friday, August 28th,
Saturday, August 29th and Monday, August 31.
- The Library's catalog will be unavailable Friday evening, August 28th, through Saturday, August 29th.
- The Library's web site will be unavailable Saturday, August 29, for about four hours in the morning.
- The Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL) catalog will also be unavailable Friday evening, August 28th, through Saturday, August 29th. BARD, the downloading system for the NLS digital book collection, will also be unavailable over the weekend. BARD will be unavailable beginning at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 28 and is expected to be back online by Monday, August 31 at 8:00 A.M.
