The _____________________________ Library System certifies that we are not required to submit an E-Rate Technology Plan because we will apply for only those services designated as Priority 1 on the Eligible Services List.
We understand that if our E-Rate application should encompass additional telecommunication
services and/or equipment during the current planning cycle, we will be expected
to file a Technology Plan for the years remaining in the cycle.
