Does not reflect the 1.1 % reductions to the library aid payments processed between 9/15/10 and 3/31/11 for the Federal Medical Assistance Program (FMAP).
  2. Reflects formula factor corrections for 2010-2011
  3. Does not include $14 million in Capital Funds for Public Library Construction.
