  1. Includes one-time supplementary formula aid of $7.87 Million for Library Systems for 2008-2009 (.47 % reduction), hold harmless provision to 2001-2002, a 2% reduction and then an additional .88% reduction.
  2. Reflects formula factor corrections for 2008-2009.
  3. Includes $350,000 directly appropriated to SUNY Centers for the Preservation/Conservation Program.
  4. Does not include $14 million in Capital Funds for Public Library Construction.
