(1) Aid is provided by a combination of SED Aid to Localities and State Operations Funds appropriated directly to SUNY as part of their operating budgets.
(2) SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($350,000) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants. For 2004-2005 the four SUNY Centers will receive $87,500 each from the SUNY Budget and $32,200 from SED for an appropriation of $119,700 each.
