(1) Aid is provided by a combination of SED Aid to Localities and State Operations Funds appropriated directly to SUNY as part of their operating budgets.

(2) SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($350,000) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants of $126,000. The four SUNY Centers receive $87,500 each from the SUNY Budget and $38,500 from SED.
