(1) Aid is provided by a combination of SED Aid to Localities and State Operations Funds appropriated directly to SUNY and the State Library as part of their operating budgets.

(2) For 2001-2002, SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($350,000) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants of $126,000. The four SUNY Centers receive $87,500 each from the SUNY Budget and $38,500 from SED. For 2000-2001, SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($347,200) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants of $126,000. The four SUNY Centers receive $86,800 each from the SUNY Budget and $39,200 from SED.
