(1) Aid is provided by a combination of SED Aid to Localities and State Operations Funds appropriated directly to SUNY and the State Library as part of their operating budgets.
(2) For 1999-2000, SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($354,700) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants of $126,000. The four SUNY Centers receive $88,675 each from the SUNY Budget and $37,325 from SED.
For 2000-2001, SUNY operating funds appropriated for the SUNY Centers ($347,200) for Big Eleven Library statutory grants of $126,000. The four SUNY Centers receive $86,800 each from the SUNY Budget and $39,200 from SED.
