Enclosed is the pre-printed information for Section 1 (a-j) of the Plan of Service. We look forward to receiving your system Plan of Service on or before June 30, 2001.
Once you receive notification from us that your Plan is approved, we expect you will make the Plan permanently accessible from your system's web site. We will provide a link to each System's Plan of Service from the New York State Library's web site.
