In October 2005, the New York State Library certified 10 people as OBE trainers for the State. These trainers are available to help library and library system staff learn OBE techniques as a planning tool. The following people successfully completed a minimum of 15 hours of basic Outcome-Based Evaluation training in addition to the Outcome-Based Evaluation Train-the-Trainer workshop and have been certified by the New York State Library as Outcome-Based Evaluation instructors:
