IMLS Grant Partners Program Evaluation Workshops, June 1-2, 2005
In April 2005, REAP Change Consultants was selected
as the evaluator for the "Making it REAL!" IMLS grant. This team is comprised of Dr. Stephen C.
Maack, founder and lead consultant; Dr. Suzanne M. Stauffer; and Dr. Clara M. Chu.
On June 1 and 2, a workshop was held at the East Greenbush Community Library in order for the evaluation team
to work with the grant partners. The purpose of these workshops was to:
- Make technical assistance from the REAP Change Consultants team available to all IMLS grant partners in planning,
designing and thinking through their individual IMLS grant evaluations.
- Enable partners to meet one another and work directly with the REAP Change Consultants team.
- Provide communication to all partners about REAP Change Consultants current plans for conducting the overall
multi-site evaluation of IMLS grant outcomes, and its needs for overall evaluation data to be obtained from partners.
