Overall IMLS Grant Evaluation Design by Stephen C. Maack. Presentation of current REAP Change Consultants thinking and plans for the overall multi-site evaluation. REAP Change communicated its current thinking about timelines and data that will be needed from the partners for the overall IMLS grant program evaluation.

1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Small Group Individual Program Evaluation Planning by all. Attendees broke into small groups to go over their individual IMLS Grant program evaluation plans, concerns, issues, and questions with REAP Change Consultants staff and with other grant partners.

3:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Sharing of Workshop Results by all. Each workshop participant was allotted a few minutes to share their evaluation plans, remaining issues and their resolutions.
