The New York State Library has arranged this statewide license on behalf of New York's 7,000 libraries and library systems. As you complete the registration form on the DuPage site, leave the "Method of Payment" section blank, and fill in the "Billing Information" section only. No invoice will be sent as long as a New York address is entered.
