Watkins Glen CSD Free Public Library (Schuyler County)
The Watkins Glen CSD Free Public Library received $6,570 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to replace the heating and air conditioning system. The old system was aging, which led to high utility costs and inefficient use. The new system is more efficient and meets today’s energy standards. Employees and patrons will enjoy a building with a better temperature-control system.
