Western Sullivan Public Library (Jeffersonville, Sullivan County)

The Western Sullivan Public Library received $12,610 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to replace the roof at the Jeffersonville Branch. The library, which is housed in a renovated bus garage, had a roof that often leaked and needed to be replaced. The new classic style roof will provide better protection from leaks and other problems. In addition, snow guards will keep snow from falling on the entrance and parking areas of the library. The new roof will be more efficient and protect the library from future damage.
