Roxbury Library Association (Delaware Co.)
The Roxbury Library Association received $16,380 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program for the insulation of the attic, and the installation of insulation and new siding to the building’s exterior. The library’s exterior was disintegrating and needed repairing. The new siding and insulation increase the library’s energy efficiency, reduce the need for continuous maintenance, and improve the overall aesthetic of the building.
