Northville Public Library (Fulton Co.)
The Northville Public Library received $119,500 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to renovate the 2nd floor of the library building and install an elevator lift. These renovations included a zoned HVAC system for the modified 2nd floor, as well as a small kitchenette. The 2nd floor of the library will now serve as a large open meeting room space, in addition to being able to host library programs and other events. The installation of an elevator lift allows increased accessibility and efficiency for staff and Friends of the Library that need to transport materials. Overall these renovations enable the library to better serve the community and provide a more adequate space for programming, reading, and research.
