Northport-East Northport Library (Suffolk County)
The Northport-East Northport Public Library received $11,000 from the $14 Million Construction Grant Program to improve access to the library. The existing ramp, elevated bridge, and ice melting system were replaced. The new lamp and bridge will comply with ADA standards for grading. Also, a new automatic door to a meeting space on the lower level will improve access for all patrons.
