Nassau Library System
The Nassau Library System received $201,416 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to replace the roof of the system building. Previously, the roof was the original from the former shopping center purchased in 1977. Water damage and mold were causing great concern. A new roof will be safer and will better protect the building from damage. With a new roof, the quality of the building will greatly improve.
