Massena Public Library (St. Lawrence Co.)
The Massena Public Library received $10,450 from the $14 Million Public Library Grant Program to renovate the main floor restrooms. Previously, the restrooms were worn out and needed improvements on ventilation and heating. The grant allowed the library to install new toilets, sinks, mirrors, lights, and partitions. The floors were also replaced to improve the appearance and functionality of the restrooms. The improved restrooms will benefit staff and patrons alike.
