Lowville Free Library (Lewis Co.)

The Lowville Free Library received $26,000 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to replace the HVAC system, insulate the building, and replace the skylight.  Previously, the building had an inefficient heating system and the building was not securely insulated.  Replacing the HVAC system, as well as adding better insulation and replacing the skylight, will result in an efficiently heated and cooled building.
