Livingston Manor Free Library (Sullivan Co.)
The Livingston Manor Free Library received $7,603 from the $800,000 Public Library Construction Grant Program to insulate the exterior of the library building and replace the old siding with vinyl. These upgrades will help the library save on heating and cooling costs as well as exterior maintenance costs, now that the library building does not have to be painted. The lower energy and maintenance costs will allow more library funding to be allocated to collection development and programming.
