Hazeltine Public Library (Chautauqua Co.)

The Hazeltine Public Library received $2,947 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program for the installation of spray foam insulation on the roof deck and throughout the building, and the installation of boiler distribution piping in the basement. Because of these improvements, the library saves on heating and cooling costs and promotes energy efficiency and conservation. The library is able to redirect saved funds toward improvement of library services, access and collections for the community it serves.
