Ellenville Public Library (Ulster Co.)
The Ellenville Public Library received $39,272 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program for complete roof replacement. Prior to replacement, the library was using large blue tarps to cover the portions of the roof that were leaking. The tarps helped to prevent any further leaks or damage to the library’s core facilities and equipment. Construction of a new roof has allowed the Ellenville Public Library to avoid additional damages from leakage and made the library more energy efficient.
