Dansville Public Library (Livingston County)
The Dansville Public Library received $74,053 from the $14 Million Public Library Grant Program to fund site preparation and demolition for an addition to the library building. Property adjacent to the library was purchased, and the existing auction building needed to be removed before the library could add on. The construction grant will help to fund the removal of asbestos, site preparation, and demolition of the old auction building to make way for a future addition to the Dansville Public Library.
