Brunswick Community Library (Rensselaer Co.)

The Brunswick Community Library received $101,843 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program for extensive interior and exterior renovation of a newly purchased building. Included in the renovation was the reconstruction of the parking lot, the construction of new sidewalks and curbing, the installation of lighting, septic, drainage, a new fire and security system, and new furniture and equipment. As a result of this construction, the library now meets the standards of service set by New York State, and is better equipped to accommodate increasing circulation and library use in the Brunswick Community.
