Seymour Library (Brockport, Monroe Co.)
The Seymour Library received $5,155 from the $800,000 Public Library Construction Grant Program to renovate four bathrooms. Sinks in the bathrooms had begun to pull away from the walls and were in danger of falling. Toilets frequently overflowed, causing a slippery mess in the library bathrooms. Staff needed to clear clogs 3-4 times a week. The newly renovated bathrooms will have modern force-flush toilets and new sinks. Patrons and staff will be able to enjoy cleaner, safer, and more accessible facilities.
