Avoca Free Library (Steuben Co.)
The Avoca Free Library received $7,500 from the $14 Million Public Library Construction Grant Program to replace the heating system. The previous fuel oil hot-water system will be replaced with natural gas heating. This will provide a more effective and efficient form for heating the library.
