Step 11. Bar Associations.
To Step 12.
To Outline.
Bar associations may propose legislation, supported by explanatory memoranda,
recommendations, and reports. Such material is sometimes included in bill jackets. Reports may
be issued regularly in association newsletters, journals, and report series. They supply
commentary on legislation by setting up committees of expert lawyers. Use the Library's online
catalog to find these reports listed by subject or author.
