Scanned New York State documents consist of page-by-page images of the actual printed documents. However, two control pages have been added to the beginning of each document, and electronic page numbering does not match any printed page numbers.
Other electronic documents, such as HTML or word processed versions of documents, that appear in this section have been prepared for the Web in order to provide immediate access to the substance of the documents they represent. They are NOT exact copies of the official, final documents, and may differ from the print version. For example, they may exhibit different word and line spacing, text position, page numbers, and graphics.
