Upstate Update

Upstate Update is a newsletter published quarterly by the New York State Talking Book and Braille Library to:

keep all borrowers informed of developments at State and national levels that affect the service;
provide advice about how to use the library and obtain the best service; and
suggest other sources of information, products, and services for people with physical disabilities.
